QUESTION FOR THE COMMON GOOD ABOUT PICTURELAB (from Charles)
ReplyDeleteHi Mr. Lee! I hope all is well. I was doing the first worksheet we were assigned when I ran into some confusion. For the second and third set of questions is there any guide or lesson for the questions being asked or should we just find the answer? Colors aren’t something we’ve gone over very much, so I’m a little lost. Thank you!
*************************************
Thanks for the question Charles, you need to remember that the FULL lab for this assignment is a PDF link on my website - http://www.mrleecomputing.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/PictureLabStudentGuide2014.pdf
If you look at page 3 of the PDF, it explains that for this exercise we will consider colors in a 250bit format - RGB RedGreenBlue where a color might be represented as 150, 0, 0
To answer questions like, "How do you make the color yellow?" you are going to have to play and explore!
Part of the fun for these CASE studies is that they take you outside the norm for my regular labs!
So too, when it comes time to manipulate YOUR OWN images, I want you to have fun with it!
Sincerely,
MrLee
PS: Make sure you stay on top of this assignment with ~25 minutes a day. There is ALOT here and you do not want to wait until the last minute to conquer it all!
